Ansoneng.com sells replacement parts to suit Sonex aircraft. Some parts are suitable for other types of home built aircraft. Parts are made to order in Australia and shipped worldwide.
Privacy
Peter Anson cares about privacy and will only collect personal information which is necessary for completing your order. This includes your name, email address, postal address and payment information. Once payment is complete, your payment details will be deleted. We do not store credit card details.
Your name and contact details and a record of your purchase will only be stored for future correspondence regarding that order.
Peter Anson will not pass on any customer details to third parties unless subpoenaed by a court of law.

All the products on the Anson Engineering website are made to order, or custom-made, so if you have any concerns about the dimensions or specifications, please include your questions or measurements in your initial email order.
While every effort is made to make sure parts will be compatible with your aircraft, there are often other factors that may need to be taken into consideration. Please email peter@ansoneng.com to work through adjustments or alterations that may be needed.
Custom made parts cannot be returned, unless there are major faults (see below) and an order cannot be cancelled once payment has been received. However, it may be possible to make alterations to your order, so please email me directly at peter@ansoneng.com

Faults or defects
Peter Anson is bound by Australian consumer law.
If your order has a major fault or defect, please contact me directly on peter@ansoneng.com to arrange inspection and a remedy as soon as you are able. I will endeavour to repair, replace or refund any product found to have a major fault. Note that cosmetic faults are generally not considered major faults.
Please note that Australian consumer guarantees do not apply if you:
- got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it
- misused a product in any way that caused the problem
- knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
- asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.
